1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and BD EcoTours ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the BD EcoTours mobile application.

2. User Registration

You may be required to register with the App. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate.

3. Bookings, Payments, and Invoices

• Tour Bookings: All bookings made through the App are subject to availability.
• Financial Transactions: The App provides features for quotations, budgeting, and invoicing. You agree to pay all charges or fees at the prices then in effect for your purchases, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order.

4. Visa Invitation Services

The App may invite you to chat, contribute to, or participate in blogs, message boards, and other functionality. You are solely responsible for any content you upload, including messages, profile pictures, and documents.

6. App Permissions

By using the App, you grant us permission to access certain device features (such as your camera, photo gallery, and notification services) as necessary to provide our services. You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings, but doing so may affect the functionality of the App.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the App is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the App (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Bangladesh. BD EcoTours and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
